Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At AlSkills, we want you to be satisfied with your course purchase. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • You must not have downloaded more than 25% of the course materials.
  • Certification fees, if any, are non-refundable once the certification process has begun.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you are requesting a refund outside of our standard policy due to extenuating circumstances, please provide detailed information and any supporting documentation. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
